1. ETH2.0 Staking is a service that helps users simplify running nodes based on ETH2.0 system Staking. There is no mandatory 32ETH requirement, and liquidity release is also carried out for ETH locked in the warehouse.

2. Participate in Eth2.0 pledge, minimum participation amount is 0.05ETH digital asset USDT pledge.

3. The current minimum withdrawal limit is 0.05, and the maximum withdrawal limit per user is 3200ETH per day. After applying for withdrawal, the withdrawal will be processed in a centralized manner every 48 hours. 4. Token Max will charge users 10% of the pledge reward as the service fee, and users will receive the amount of pledge reward per day after deducting 10% of the service fee.

5. The pledge reward income shall be settled every hour; Pledge reward will be distributed two hours after participating in pledge.

6. Participate in Eth2.0 pledge. If a user is invited, he/she will get the node reward value of the invited user. At the same time get all invited users to pledge digital assets block income rewards.

7. Slash (node punishment) caused by improper operation of Token Max shall be borne by Token Max.

Eth Pledge 2.0 User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement"), please read and understand this Agreement carefully before you continue to operate on this platform. If you continue to operate through the Platform or use the Services of the Platform in any way, you are deemed to have carefully read, understood and agreed to this Agreement.

All contents of Token Max are available in multiple languages for the convenience of users. In case of conflict or omission, the English content shall prevail.

1.1 Ethereum (Eth) is a proof-of-work (POW) block chain network. Eth2.0 is the proof-of-stake (PoS) version of the Ethereum mainnet. Eth 2.0 Pledge Rules

Any pledge, withdrawal or use of the Platform services by you on TokenMax shall be deemed to have been carefully read, understood and agreed to the Product Rules. Which are as follows;

2.1 Minimum participation amount 0.05ETH digital asset USDT pledge.

2.2 For the first time, the pledge reward will be distributed from two hours after participating in the pledge, and every hour after that.

2.3 Each user can withdraw at least 0.05 ETH per day and at most 32000ETH per day. After applying for withdrawal, it will be returned every 48 hours. Exit will charge a certain handling fee according to the time formula; Pledge reward received by end users = number of digital assets allowed to exit - exit fee - Transfer GAS fee.

2.4 TokenMax will charge users 10% of the pledge reward as the node operation fee, and users will receive 10% of the pledge reward per day after deducting the node operation fee.

2.5 Actual income depends on the actual pledge of Eth2.0 main network.

2.6 Slash (node punishment) caused by improper operation of TokenMax shall be borne by TokenMax

2.7 Participate in Eth2.0 pledge. If a user is invited, he/she will get a user node reward value. The more users are invited, the higher the reward value is, the higher the income will be. At the same time, get all invited users to pledge the digital asset block income reward.

Settlement of dispute over pledge

3.1 If the user loses his/her private key, mnemonic, password or account private key, loses the control of the account and cannot withdraw or receive rewards, the loss caused shall be borne by the user himself/herself.

3.2 If users do not understand the Eth2.0 mechanism or have not read the Agreement carefully, resulting in misunderstanding of the rules of the Product, the Platform shall have the right to reject the application for interests outside the rules.

Declaration of liability and release of liability

4.1 It is forbidden to use the Platform to engage in money laundering, smuggling, supporting terrorist activities, commercial bribery and any other illegal trading activities or anti-human activities. TokenMax does not assume all liabilities arising therefrom and reserves the right to pursue liabilities from relevant knowledge.

4.2 As a result of your actions, the Platform has suffered losses (including your own direct economic losses, reputation losses and indirect economic losses such as compensation, attorney's fees and legal costs). You shall indemnify the Platform for all the losses mentioned above.
